Piano piece difficulty?

Hi,

I'd like to start Liszt's piano transcription of Mozart's Requiem. I
am pretty sure I can do the second movement. The first one, however,
seems to be a tad hard.

What are the hardest technical difficulties I might encounter. What
grade is it?
